Position: Assistant General Manager
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary plus bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time | Dinner only concept

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to support the ongoing operations of a new, highly successful, full-service neighborhood restaurant concept.
This role partners closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, foster a strong team culture, and ensure operational excellence across all facets of the business.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values heartfelt hospitality, and brings strong operational instincts, people leadership, and financial acumen to a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
What you bring to the table:
- Strong ability to lead and support front-of-house and bar operations while maintaining a calm, organized service environment
- Experience assisting with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of restaurant teams
- Proven skill in building collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen teams to strengthen communication and service flow
- Hands-on approach to guest engagement, anticipating needs and responding promptly to feedback or concerns
- Experience performing inventories, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing ordering and receiving processes
- Ability to monitor labor costs, support scheduling decisions, and assist with budget adherence
- Comfort analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Proficiency in POS systems and front-of-house technology
- Willingness to step in across departments as business needs require

Required Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Experience supporting P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant technology
- Background in training, coaching, and developing hourly and management-level team members
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or equivalent professional experience
